Was looking at areas 80 & 81, but success rate is not good at all. There is a do it yourself outfitter in those areas who puts you up at his small ranch and then gives you info on national forest ground in area to hit with maps and such.
The area north of Granby Lake has been recommended by a local, success rate is not too bad. But access to this area can be a problem I am told also.
And also thinking areas 83 or 85, but success ratio is low there is also. I have hiked these areas extensively during summer but never hunted them.
Anyone have input on any of these areas good or bad? |
