Me and my hunting partner are new to hunting and this will be our first elk season. He's drawn an either sex tag and I drew a doe tag for GMU 6, fist season rifle.

We're mulling over a couple locations to hunt in the central region of the unit as well as maybe up north.

Any input, advice, etc would be awesome. PM if you'd like.
