| I just saw today I was unsuccessful in drawing a cow tag. I shot a big bull last year and although the meat was fine it sure wasn't like a cow. I was wanting to meat hunt this year and was just wanting to know when the left over list comes out. |

| TheGreatwhitehunter, your correct its over the counter with cap (or unlimited w/ cap in DOW lingo, which is an oxymoron) that come out on July 7th. Leftover licenses are sometime in early August. The leftover list is posted on July 24th for most species that have left overs. |
