| Im hoping on drawing the youth tag and was woundering if it was going to be farly easy to harvest a nice mature cow any input would be helpfull THANKS :thumbsup1: |

| It's almost never easy to fill your tag but we know the area.My group has 2 boys ,1 is 15 and 1 is 16 |

| well im 15 and this will be my first elk hunt if i draw i killed three mule deer but this is my first time putting in for elk. |

a 30 06 will be able to take dowm and elk right? and it isnt to big |

| Iwould recommend 44 although I know 52 and 45 quite well also. |
