| I was talking to my brother last night and in some zones (ie: his) not only can SK residents purchase 1st and 2nd deer tags, but after they are filled you can get CWD tags and keep hunting. You can only have one CWD tag at a time, but once it's filled you can get another and keep going. If you're using a CWD tag you MUST submit the head (possibily the antlers too, he wasn't sure about that), but there's no limit on how many CWD tags you can get. |

You don't have to submit the antlers. You only have to submit the skull. Therefore, if it is a buck you have, you can cut the antlers out from the skull.
In a zone we were hunting this year, we were given two doe tags. Once you filled these two doe tags and turned in the heads, you were given a buck tag. Once the buck tag was filled and head turned in, you were given two doe tags, and so on, and so on....
