Nice one :thumbsup1: Where did you get the gear you have on? I like the pattern. The quiver's pretty nice too--make it yourself? Stil have yet to get me a freakin' turkey.

A re-curve takedown bow. Haven't seen anyone with a re-curve in years. Nice photo too!

rezhunter,

The camo is "Predator", they have a web site. The quiver is made by Jack Bower in western Washington. Three River Archery sells them.

Don,

Old time hunter, old time bow. Traditional bows are all I hunt with.

LOL old timer, gotta' be a gamer to use one of those--thats a nice looking recurve too, you got all the nice looking stuff. We teach kids how to use Atlatl, school groups, I've really been thinking about using one on a white tail since their so abundant here :D . I also work for a Native American museum and we have a few originals from ages ago, bows that is and a few arrows, quivers. I've also thought about making my own bow & arrows using obsideon points just to do it, now that would be old school. Right now I got an old Martin compound--still does the trick. Again, congrats.

rezhunter,

I make wood bows of osage, vine maple and yew in my spare time. Killed a turkey last year with a bamboo/osage longbow that I made. Quite a bit of satisfaction there. Have tried to make a couple Atlatls but still in the developement stage there
