| Hey guys, I found a turkey nest of 10 turkey eggs right at the edge of my feild! That is only about 30 yards from my house! I am surprised that a hen would lay her eggs so close to my house. I read that a hen will keep her eggs warm for about a month, then they hatch. So ill be leaving that area alone for a while. More turkeys means more turkey hunting. PS. I thought they were snake eggs at first and I was about to shoot um' up whith the 12 gauge, glad a did my research. |
