| Just a heads up for all interested in Hunting/retirement properties. 2 lumber mills have closed in northern Ontario. 2 hours north of Timmins in a town called Smooth Rock Falls and the surrounding area. 3 bedroom houses are going for $30,000. There is lots of land for hunting on as well. There is a 3 bedroom 2000 sq ft house with 119 achers going for $40000 and it backs onto crown land. It is a moose haven up there. Garanteed to bag your limit every year. |
