It's been a long winter here in the land of deep snow. I just finished (I think) a project that kept me from going off the deep end this winter. Thought I would give ya a peek at it. It's not fancy, but big and warm enough I will be able to take my 7 year old son out with me this deer season I hope. :)

yea I was bored tonight so I added the banana, tea, cookies and some kind of deer looking in the window. Now I just have to get it up on the ridge where I hunt. ::-k It seams to be a little heavy to backpack up there through the snow. I think i might wait until snow is gone and take it in with the wheeler and trailer.

The windows slide open. It would only take maybe a day or two to build now that I have done it, and have tested and tried differant things out. It was all made out of scrap plywood and 2x3 and some styrofoam (in the floor, roof and seat) and about 3 cans of cheap spraybomb paint.( oh and I almost forget the roll of TP lol ) It's 5ft high in the front and 4ft in the back, and 4ft wide, and 3ft deep. It seats me and my son with a little room to spare for my pack full of hunting equip. All my kids loved to come out to the garage and help dad with his hunting shack. lol We had a great time building it though. Now I hope we have a great time hunting in it this fall.
