I am looking for a hunt for the 2009 season. I would prefer a DIY hunt or even a drop camp, but the guy going with me does not get around real well. DAMN bad knees. Last thing I need is him not being able to pack out meat out in the middle of knowwhere. :D Been there and done that before with someone else on a caribou hunt in Alaska.
We are looking at Unit 27, 17, 20 & 20A in Idaho as well as the Bob in Montana and Absaroka-Beartooth in Montana. Hunting in September during the rut is what we are after. I've found several oufitters, but would really like to go with an outfitter that someone on here knows or has heard of.....last thing anyone wants to do is spend money and have a bad time or poor guide. Please send me a pm or post up some info here if ya have it. I'd appreciate it. |

| Look up "Wild IDAHO outfitters" they seem to have a pretty good rep and specialize in reasonably price drop camps. real nice guys. |
