Dry firing can destroy a bow.
You'd be best off getting a shop to go over it for other damage. Pulleys, wheels, limbs and riser.

What FB said, get that bow checked out and always make sure you have an arrow knocked when you release.

I have heard alot of stories about how serious dry firing your bow can be and it will be checked over by the pro shop I go to. As far as I can tell everything is alright. I have already promised myself I will never draw it back without an arrow in it again. :](*,) :](*,) :](*,)
