Good Afternoon All!
Looking for some help/advice. I was thinking about starting up a program to feed the less fortunate in my area and what better way than extra game meat. Does anyone have any experience with these programs. I don't know of any in the central MA. area......just something I've been thinking about.

Ask the states fish and wildlife agency. Ours has a program called hunters for the hungry. We donate a deer and 1/2 the butchering cost. Someone else pays the rest (but I don't know who) and we have participating butchers around the state you can bring the deer to.
With the cost of food these days I'm thinking that if you asked some of your friends or neighbors if they were interested and all they have to pay is the buthchering cost....they might take a deer or two. |

| Your local food banks may take donations as well. |
