Behold -- the guy who confiscated 1,000 firearms from the citizens of New Orleans in the interest of public safety after his police force collapsed. Surely this guy knows how dangerous guns can be in the hands of the law abiding. And by the way, that's the Chief of Police -- the first time I've ever seen a cop so happy to have a rifle pointed at his chest.
