I asked this in the News Archive forum as wel, but I wanted to ask this here too.
The Nebraska NR fee for the firearms license is $443. This seems very high compared to the Dakotos, for example. Is the hunting that much better in Nebraska? Or do you figure it is this high because they gaurantee a license?
This price is kinding of getting to the edge of that tipping point you have to ask yourself is it really worth it to do a DIY deer hunt there. |

| That price is only for the statewide buck tag. The normal single region NR tag is less than half of that price= I believe 180. The statewide tag is just a way to circumvent regional tag quotas and generate additional income-not that I blame them. Just buy the regular tag for the area you want before they run out. |

| Damn, I paid less than 200 for my tag last year. Don't have one this year. |
