Hi All,
I am new to this forum...I just harvested by first Antelope. I can't believe I waited so long to hunt one of these animals...It was a total kick in the pants. |

| I have been hearing that it is good. I have only had it once before, the person that cooked it was not used to cooking wild game, so needless to say the dogs wouldn't even eat it. We are picking it up on Wednesday and I can't wait to try it, I have found several different recipes. |
