It's good that DWR only gives people two days to pay for the permit. Their reason is so they have time to reissue the permit to someone else. I gotta admit it must be pretty tough to find takers for a bull elk, or mulie buck in a trophy area in a scant 5 month period. Thats next to impossible. My permits paid for but come on, give em a week or two at least.
