My dad was drawn for this hunt in 2001 and killed a 1x3(It was delicious). Point being, you never know when your name will come up. The Buffalo River area is spectacular, making for a terrific hunt, elk or not.

It is good to see that elk are coming back in Arkansas and being restored to their native range.
Your Dad is a lucky guy Rick with only 18 permits for the state! |
