It has been a while since I posted, been very busy. Went upstate for 4 days, saw plenty of deer (all Does) but no shots by me. My friend got a 4 pointer, nice rack and weighed about 140 lbs. Two hour drag, mostly up hill and finally got out after 6pm, very dark. Been pheasant hunting on LI, up to 5 pheasants at this time. Time to start LI archery again mostly afternoon hunts.
LI Dude sorry to hear of your injury, get well soon. |

Been a while: went out on Thursday, Otis Pike, saw 8 deer none closer than 40 yards. They didn't move until about 2:00 to 4:00. They are still out there. I thought I might have a deer by now but no luck. I may have one more afternoon hunt in me towards the end of the season after Christmas.
.............MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL |

ive hunted the hardest i have ever hunted this year being that im only 21 not that many years but sadly no meat in the cooler yet saw plenty of deer no bucks got a shot at one and mad a bad shot never found one and now my tree stand brooke so i think i may get one or 2 more hunts on the ground if im lucky before the end of the year
not gonna be doing shotgun to much to get into the field i hunt to relax and get away from bs not have to go threw all of it to get into the woods |

| I hear ya , i shot a button ( thought it was doe ) at about 2:30 on the last of shotgun rifle outside of Binghamton this year but missed a half rack on the second day of season. PISSED!!!!!! Im going to foxwoods this weekend with my wife , but im going out monday morning which will be my last day . I busted a spring pole in my doghouse when i was putting it away yesterday so i need to hit a camping store so i can use it one last day. Im hoping for the best though. Good Luck ! |
