| This past sunday, ( 8/5 ) my hunting partner passed his archery course :thumbsup1: , --He's 12, he was tickled pink. ( but then again so was I ) The sad thing is that in order for me to draw back a 60 lb draw, I have to be able to withstand my rght elbow scream at me. Tendonitous(sp) makes it extremely painful to do so. Ive tried to switch from rght to left, --being a lefty, and only having a rght hand bow, I figured i try and draw with the oppisite hand just to see if arm would agrree, ( done it many times- not at once, but at differant occasions ) unfortuneatly my rght arm wont cooperate with me. So I guess i'll just have to try something differant  . At least I still can go out with him to enjoy the season with him. |

Congrats to your hunting partner Jonesy. I am from Vermont originally, and my parents still live there. I head up for the rifle opener pretty much every year.
Have you thought about a temporary note from a doctor for a crossbow? i think they allow them there with a medical exemption, correct???? |

| Don't worry about pulling 60lbs. Their's been a lot of deer killed with 50lb bows. And with today's bows, you'll be gettin speed (i.e. BOWTECH). |

Yes I believe so. I've thought of that also. A friend of mine has already told me That if I ended up going that route--crossbow--That I could borrow his. |

| BOWTECH? I'll have to check even further into others. It's just alot of the ones I have looked into are all in the 60+ range. And well ........ But I'll explore evn further, I miss going out. Its just ...well hard to explain, but I imagine everyone knows how to finish the rest of that statement/ thought. |
