[Great West]

I try to take the back roads whenever the opportunity presents itself and it did just that early Sunday morning.

I drove about 60 miles of back roads in Lancaster, Seward, & Butler Counties in Nebraska. Along the way I counted 16 broods of young pheasants! And no less than 10 to a brood!

I would estimate they were about 3/4 grown, no color showing up as of yet.
