Cowboy Al we found the following info on the Yukon website regarding the bison hunts.
"For more information, call Dr. Michelle Oakley at (867) 634-2439 or 1-800-661-0408, extension 2439."
We could not determine from their website if the hunt is open to non-residents.

Only Yukon residents can apply for permit hunts.
