| Hey, I am selling a 76 acre farm and house for a friend. The house is 1900 sq ft. The farm is primarily woods with the rest being a field that would be ideal for a food plot. Right now beans are planted. He usually makes 4000 dollars a year off the crops that come out of it. The top two deer in Henderson Co have come from the farm that borders the farm. That tells you that the genes for monster Ky bucks is prime for this farm. Also, it is part of the flyway from the Green River. He is asking 268,000 for the farm and house.
