| Just have to clean it up. Traps should be cleaned after catching an animal anyways. |

| When I was using live traps I had a separate holding cage that I ran them into then shot with a .22 between the eyes. |

What a bunch of Pussies.
Rabbits don't bite,
Just wring their scrawney little necks with your bare hands.
Stab them with your KBAR knife or pop them in the head with a 22! |

Piece of rebar between the eyes, a hammer, a bullet, a baseball bat, or if you really want to offend the peta-freaks, dump the cage in the canal for 5 minutes. I hear drowning is euphoric. :D

I think he was joking......
I learned in my trapper education class that it is actually impossible to drown a furbearer. Because they live in and out of water they absolutely will not breath in water. Basically when they are held under they hold their breath until they pass out and die from lack of oxygen to the brain. Everyone calls it drowning because thats the way people can relate to it but for those critters it works differently. I'll try to see if I can find the manual online so that it gets explained more clearly than the way I did. |
