Several tracts of world class Black Bear land for sale in Coastal North Carolina. All have record book Black Bear potential as they are situated adjacent to Refuge. Coastal NC has the largest Black Bears in the world and these tracts are loaded with large bears.
Tracts from 300 acres to 1000 acres, most are wet with minimal mature timber but all have legal access, roads, and are loaded with large bears. Most consider a large bear in this area to be a minimum of 500 pounds with 600+ very common now. The largest bear in the world(weight) was killed in coastal NC and weighed 880 pounds.
Prices from $950/acre for the wooded tracts to $3000/acre for farmland tracts.
