So which is the heaviest bear you have bagged?
I doubt I would ever go hunting for Grizzly, but love reading about them.
Much respect for those who do this. You have to have heart, courage and strength. Not that I have any of those, but some people are born with that extra kick in them.

| I remember as a kid stopping in Lakin, Kansas to meet my great uncle. He was big on hunting and sent me up to his den for something or other. Something or others are good to have around at time's! Anyway, I pushed open the door and there was this HUGE bear head. All I could see was head. It was an Alaskan Brown he'd shot on Kodiak Island. He called it 12' and told me how much it weighed. The weight I forget. |

I can relate to that,only a much smaller impact, a black bear rug, but it scared the hell out of little Hammer :D :D :D |

| My first impression was somewhat beyond fear. Then after my uncle assured me it was dead, I was very brave! You would have been so proud of me! 8-) |
