Ive been hunting coyotes for a year or so and ive been using a .17hmr. The .17 Doesnt kill them very quickly so ive decided to get a new gun. I cant decide between a .204 ruger or a .223 wsm. Which do you guys think is a better choice.

I have been shooting a .204 for two seasons and absolutely LOVE it. It has very light recoil and I have not left an exit wound yet. I've been shooting the hday 32gr V-max bullets and have killed yotes out to 300yds. The .204 is a dream for pelt salvage.

I personally like the 22-250 but I would get the 204 ruger it is a sweet round thought the 223 is cheap to shoot good luck and let us know what you decide
