That's a nice idea, or rather a good start. Unfortunately those "jobs" tend to be permanently reserved for students and pay accordingly, full time work as a professional in that field is very hard to find. My brother has a diploma in resource management and after 2 yrs he gave up and became a car salesman. The only work he could find was fighting fire in the summer.
I guess if nothing else though it will give more people a hands-on appreciation for wildlife and nature. Might help with "declining hunter" problem that was mentioned a while ago in another forum. |

| Sorry to hear about your brother. I think it is tough to get a job in outdoor management just about anywhere you go. |
