I just got my unit 75 tag for any elk in wyoming. Has anyone hunted bulls in that hunt and can part with advise?

What part of Wyoming is unit 75 in? Is it near the three corners area of Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah?

Congrats on drawing the tag and welcome!

unit 75 is north of Jackson Hole. It is a roughly 6 week hunt that gives a few lucky souls the opportunity to hunt the elk moving from yellowstone and grand teton national park onto the national elk refuge. The hunt basically borders the refuge. Most of the elk seem to know what is up so the move at night. I have one of the few NR either sex tags but there is also a few hundred cow hunts. I think they give 100 total res and non res either sex tags. I read somewhere that this hunt specifically has 18 bulls in B&C.
Thanks for the welcome.

Sounds like a great opportunity, I have heard the bulls can be pretty big on the NR.

About the night time movement. Hopefully you will have dark cloudy nights and cold days to get them moving during the day light.

Good luck!
