There isn't much, but there is enough

You don't have a lot of public land options in Region C.  Thunder Basin Grasslands near Weston, BLM lands around the Powder Rver and some state lands just east of I25 between Buffalo and Sheridan are about it.  The most extensive public area will be those BLM lands around the Powder River, but they are not contiguous, so you better have a map. For Walk In Areas, most of your options are going to be in Campbell County, but there are some in Johnson and Sheridan County too.  Not much for Hunter Management Areas or State Wildlife Areas.
