Wow... that's a biggie!

I guess it's the #2 bear ever taken in PA, and with a crossbow. You'll see the first photos don't show up, but scroll down the thread, there are some doozies.

Quick, someone send him a link to my article on taking photos.  Man, that guy desparately needs it.  A huge trophy bear and that is the best he can do with photos?  What a shame.  Not only did he miss an opportunity for a nice photo to hang on the wall, the photo makes him look like a slob hunter.  Take some pride in what you just accomplished.

Sure, he probably couldn't care less and that is his perogative, but I guess I think differently.

It is a nice bear.

You stole my thunder, CVC. That was the first thought that came to my mind. LOL

That's a big bear. Can you imagine walking in to your stand and meeting this bear face to face? Tense situation for sure.

Bears that big will send a chill down your spine for sure.  If I did meet them face to face I would hope I had my rifle ready.

As I found out this weekend, so will a wounded hog when you're tracking them in a cutover with only 5-10 feet of visibility...pretty tense situation, but you do what is required to finish the job
