The Arizona Easy Fletch is a handy, one at a time, jig.
When you start cutting arrows to length. Be sure to deburr the aluminum and lightly square up and clean the carbons before setting the inserts. Hot melt on aluminum and 24 hr epoxy on carbon. Spin test them to be sure they are square.
Don't forget a tad bit of glue at the leading end of each fletch to help keep them from tearing off.
In the spring of 2007 I was the unfortunate recipient of an injury cause by a damaged carbon arrow that shattered on release of the arrow. I was in the yard going to take a few practice shots before dinner and the second arrow is the one that did the damage. That day will forever be burned in my mind.
