I think they call those animals piebald. They aren't true albinos because they have some color and dark eyes. They are rare and really unique animals.
Game farms have figured how to breed selectivly for piebald and albino animals and are doing that to sell those "trophy" animals to people...another topic all together.

I recently completed my first skull plate mount of my buck antelope from the 2010 season.
