I did not find any difference between these and the 777 pellets except for the color and the price. I personally do not find pellets as accurate as powder, but they are definitely accurate enough for hunting.
No, I did not use a croni. I test consistency with accuracy, the smaller the group the more consistent the powder is. I was not able to add a single yard to my range by using the White Hots over 777 pellets, although I did not lose a yard either. They are a good option.
Personally I prefer loose powder, and I can shoot a little farther with this. I would not say loose shoots "flatter" but my groups are smaller.
