Which .22 magnum to get?

Between the Henry lever action .22 magnum : $372.10
and the Remington model 597 semi-automatic .22 magnum : $371.84, which one would you get. I have heard both guns are great, Plus the .22 magnum is a great little cartridge.

I'm a remmy guy but something about a lever 22mag that I like more than a semi and with accurate fire it won't be much slower to shoot.

It was not in your choice, but just bought a 93 Savage Bolt Action at WalMart, for less than $200.00 and it is a tack driver out of the box. Use 40gr Winchester Hollow point and have a great and accurate 22 Mag.

Which .22 magnum to get?

Just bought a Marlin 925M bolt action for under $200. Haven't even had a chance to shoot it, but excited to get out and give it a try!

I have no experience with the choices you mentioned but can give you this info to digest.
I had a marlin 25M(magnum) and it was a fine accurate firearm. One problem, the Safety was the reverse to most you will see on todays market. FIRE was to the rear, SAFE was forward. I hated for others to ask to use it for that reason only, so I sold it. I don't know if the 925M inherited that or not. Redrider will tell us.
I then bought the Savage 93G in 22 mag with Accutrigger(fully adjustable) and that is the only reason I bought the Savage, the trigger. Extremely accurate and the trigger alone is worth it in my opinion. Only problem is you can get the clip stuck if you don't insert it carefully and properly and you most likely have to take the firearm apart to free the jammed clip.
There, I slobbered a bib full, that's all I got Big smile

I'll second the savage 93 and FWIW I have never jammed the mag on mine. I think you might be putting it in upside down Hammer. neener!

Must have changed it, my 925M has the fire forward, safe to rear.

The upgraded Henry that has the Monte Carlo stock in 17 HMR and 22 WMR is a very nice looking rifle. I'd get for sure if I had the extra cash, then again there's lots of rifles I'd get. Anyway, my main bunny gun for years was my Winchester 94 22M, 22 Mag. Even with a little cheap Tasco 3x9 $12.00 scope I killed countless bunnies with head shots out to fifty yards. Recently I bench shot it at a hundred and was surprised to get groups at about an inch to an inch and a half. Not bad for cheap scope and rimfire lever. I think I'm going to have to break that out for some bunny slaying here pretty quick.

Yeah, a lever would be my choice.
