Put me down for the Buckmark. The design allows you easy access to both sides for cleaning vs the Ruger's ejection port. I've also been told the Ruger's a real paint to strip and reassemble. I know the Ruger's are great guns and have a solid reputation, but I prefer to keep things simple when it comes to cleaning and maintenance.

Ruger SR22

I bought the Ruger SR22 for my wife and girls this past summer. We've put over 1,000 rnds. thru it, it hasn't jammed yet or had any malfunctions. I know it's not on your list, but you should consider it. This gun is very accurate and reliable.

I used to own a Ruger 22/45 but it was stolen. It was a very nice pistol except for the trigger. Replaced it with a Buck Mark Camper and I like it much better.
