I'm a little bit spoiled.  I like my Ruger Redhawk in 44 magnum that has had a action job done on it.  It has accounted for most of my game animals taken with a pistole but then comes my Thomsom Center Contender in 7-30 Waters.  With either one I would not feel underguned for any north american animal except for a Brown bear then only the 44 would come out.

Favorite Caliber is a .357 magnum.  I have a Taurus 607.  I am in the process of researching .41 mag., .44 mag., and the Smith & Wesson .460.

I like the RedHawk but the 7.5" barrel is too long and the gun is heavy for a back-up gun so I've been looking for either a 40 s&w or 45 acp.

I love my new Keltec P-32. It shoots well and you can barely notice it while pocket carrying all day. Very comfortable carry gun.

Currently my favorite is a new Colt Delta Elite 10mm. You would be surprised how easy it is to carry a full size 1911 with a good holster. The extra power of the 10mm feels good when you get away from town and don't have time to change guns.
