Well I stated earlier that the oryx was my first choice but since I failed to draw that tag I will now change it to aoudad. Like I have posted before I booked a hunt in south Texas for a free range hunt outside of Terlingua. I'm really excited for this one and unlike New Mexico the license is only $45.
Are blackbuck free range or is that a big ranch high fence type hunt? I think they are really cool but know almost nothing about them.
Most Blackbuck are hight fence. but there is some free ranging in south texas. probly not where you will be on your Aoudad hunt. They are a cool looking critter.
