Well tonight I plan to watch the Palin/Byden debate and starting tomorrow am with Robin Meade and straight through to Anderson Cooper late tomorrow night and probably all weekend, it will be a repeat of the same old thing. I don't think the good people of the U S of A deserve this much torture. It's just too much for too long.
In contrast, there was a Federal election called her in Canada a few weeks ago. The election is before the USA election(about six weeks of campaigning) and those elected will have three months experience under their belt BEFORE there is a new US President in place
I follow US politics and spend about four hours daily on various news networks but at least in Canada the stories change within a few hours, not a few weeks. Tomorrow, the same old thing, Robin Meade, Wolf Blitzer,Jack Cafferty, Lou Dobbs, Glen Beck, Larry King,Campbell Brown, Anderson Cooper and a few more disecting the same, constipated story and thats just on CNN channels.
Thank God I got The Internet
I am a total news and ploitics junkie but the US election is just too much.....................seems like the nesxt election starts the day after the swearing in. I guess that is the only way a person can raise the billion dollars needed to run at the job.
I find the Canadian 6 week election about right.............time enough for the issues without boring the less interested public.
For sure, elections should not be allowed during hunting season.
Let me start off by saying I am not a farmer.
I am a deer hunter and I do own a tractor and have all of the equipment - but that does not make you a farmer any more than standing in the garage makes you a car - well, you get the picture!
Having said that - and with most of my ineptitude fairly well hidden - I do think that buckwheat is one of the most under rated cover crops out there.
I say cover crop because I see mixed results as it relates to the deer eating the plants.
