One sunday morning while the lawn was still covered with dew;
I awoke from a restfull slumber and started the day anew;
There perched in my window was a robin;
The very first of the year;
And I was quite astound, for it stood there without fear;
It sang and it danced, and it fluttered around;
And durning a moments lull;
