Washington Bonus Points for Goat?

Does Washington have a bonus point system for goat?
I was looking through last year's regs but couldn't find any info.

Washington Bonus Points for Goat?

Yes, Washington has a point system for goats. It's mentioned on pages 23 and 46-47 of the 2005 game pamphlet.

Cry .Good luck on drawing a WA goat tag. I have been applying for last 34 years. I have max points. So far no luck. & each year fewer tags are issued.

Goat seasons

I can't understand why so few goat permits are issued each year. Every time I go climbing in the Cascades or Olympic mountains I run into tons of the critters! Surely they could at least double the number of permits... Yes
