I have bitten off to much too handle so I am looking to expand by getting you-hunters and fishermen to help me book some of my trips. I will pay you 50% of my booking fees if you book a hunt. Some of the hunts I book are $30000+ and with a 8% booking rate, well you do the math-its good easy money!! If interested call me770-307-8012 or email me @ matthewcmill@aol.com

I know in most states that would be illegal and bordering on wire fraud if done over the internet, you have to be a liscnced guide in most states to book hunts.

Just wondering how booking a hunt is illegal? So you mean to tell me If I book a hunt over the internet Its against the law? I am a huntn.biz associate and they/we book hundreds of trips over the net -take a look at there site and Cabelas books hunts also?! Never have heard of it being illegal, what if I was to book a vacation trip over the net would that be against the law too. Please explain exactly what you mean. If this is some how wrong I will not book another hunt! Im not trying to be a smart arse or anything but I really would like to know. There are some 1,000,000 hunting booking agents on the net ,just type it in a google search and see for yourself. Please email me at matthewcmill@aol.com and let me know more info please.PS All I am doing is sending hunters to a outfitter. I just tell the outfitter a client is looking to book and then the outfitter gets in touch with my client and then takes payment from the client! I dont see a penny until the hunt is totally booked BY THE OUTFITTER! I see where it could be borderline fraud if I was taking payment but I do not do that, well because who is going to pay a middle man money when they can pay the outfitter?

There is nothing illegal about what you are doing. I also book hunts and before doing so, I sought some legal advice. If you were accepting money from the pespective hunters, for their deposit, that gets a little touchy. If you just act as the referral service, or middle man, there is no special license that is required for doing this.

Is started booking hunts for one specific outfitter because he didn't have the knowlegde of computers or the internet. I post the ads for him, put up a website, and if someone calls I supply them with the information. When they are ready to book, I supply the outfitter with their contact info. For this I receive a referral fee. Nothing wrong with that!!!! Laird
