Congrats on your speedgoat tag.
Mine is sitting in a place of honor, were I won't lose it. I'm looking at some OTC tags when they go on sale and sent you a PM with a couple of questions, if you don't mind, since you seem to know a lot about the state.

Just got word that I am the proud owner of four antelope doe tags.
Watching Wade go through this process has helped me to learn it and understand it better. Thank you again mate! I really look forward to our time together and I'm in hopes that we can get you a Coues in the near future. If not this year, then next year for sure.

We got most of what we wanted
I was right there at 8:00 am getting what I wanted, but apparently some of my part was a little too slow and so now our gang is a little more spread out than usual. Good to learn new country for future options though

Scouting new areas is always
Scouting new areas is always fun.
Part of this area has an abundance of elk, from the information I'm gathering, so I'm planning to do some scouting for a future elk hunt too.

Just found out that Wade and I drew the Hunter Management Area we put in for!
I won't be able to take all my speedgoats there, but it sure helps. Friday I'll head to the range and start working loads for my rifle. I've been shooting all off-season but now I really need to hunker down and get dialed in.
Good luck to all!

*Please Note: If you have
*Please Note: If you have the same type license, you may only use one for each HMA. However, you may use all valid licenses for the same species you have the permission slip for. For example, if your permission slip is for Antelope 44 type 1, you may also use an antelope 44 type 6 and harvest another antelope.
So just wanting to make sure I'm reading this right. We can kill one doe and one buck as they are different type with the permission we have? It also says you may use all valid licenses so I'm a little confused by the meaning here. Vince has 4 doe tags but it looks like only one may be used on the HMA?
We both have permission btw but I only have one tag.

Hunter25---What that means is
Hunter25---What that means is that you can only apply for one HMA with that buck license. If you draw that HMA you are diqualified from hunting any others, but you can fill all the legal licenses you have for that unit in that HMA. Therefore, if you have a buck license and more than one doe license for that unit you can use them all in that HMA. What they're doing is keeping you from applying and drawing a bunch of HMAs, which would shut other hunters out of a place to go.
