venison recipe

WORCESTERSHIRE STEAKS                                                                                 

     3-4 steaks


1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup olive oil  2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/2teaspoon onion sait 1 garlic clove minced 1/2teaspoon black pepper

mix marinade ingreedients and place in a sealable plastic bag .add steaks and marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator . grill steaks over hot coals .about4-5 minutes per side is usually adequate .serve immediately

Thanks for the receipt. I'm assuming this will also work well for elk? I'm always looking to try new things and keep the receipts coming... I'll let you know how I liked it

Sounds good.  I guess I've never marinaded mine.  My favorite way for backstraps is to chunk em' up and wrap them in bacon to make shishkabob's.  Getting hungry just thinking about it Big smile
