I never put it back out, been kinda busy. I plan on taking it to eastern oregon with me in a couple weeks and let it soak over there for my big hunt in sept.

New pics with a great buck

The cam produced some pretty good photos, I had about 40 pics just of the fork that was clearly showing off, I think I even saw him bow before departing.

The four point does not have the large eyeguards as the non-typical did in prior shots, so I will have to keep waiting to see how he is growing. But this guy seems to be doing great!

What a great day

I managed to get away from projects long enough to hike in and check the cam today. It was too hot to work and what could be better than the shade of the forest and the sounds of birds and creek? I jumped a few deer while coming up to the creek, and saw lots of sign.

What a great time! It made me wish I could go climb in my tree stand and anticipate what might pass by next.

The pic below is a buck I had not seen yet, at least not with his new head gear with the small droptine on his left side.

Hope you all are finding time to get out and scout and enjoy the outdoors.

Myself, I'M READY FOR SEASON TO OPEN! Wink
