i'm glad you told me that

i'm glad you told me that about the licenses! that info is why i wanted to ask in the forums.

i'm putting in for desert bighorn too. i bet it's 12 years or more before i see fruition on that investment.

i guess i better get on those apps tomorrow night.

You better hurry you only

You better hurry you only have until March 3, and I believe that it was last year when the web site went down on the last day that you could apply.  The DOW was good enough that they extended it for a couple of days but why wait?

we had a wonderful winter

we had a wonderful winter storm today, so i left work early. i will be appling this afternoon.

i wish i knew how the preference points would be applied once the switch to units for mule deer.

i think i'll put in for the zion unit for desert bighorn. only so that i can have the oppertunity to hunt in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

i have my apps in for bonus

i have my apps in for bonus points for desert sheep, mountain goat, and muleys. i figured, since i'm paying for the license already for the next 10 years, i may as well get the goat bonus p[point as well, it's only another $10 bucks a year. i appreciate the info. i'll be capitalizing on the draws in utah here next year, starting with muleys. then, after a decade or several, the coveted desert sheep and mountain goat!

Your enthusiasm is addicting.

Your enthusiasm is addicting. But seriously I was only counting on having to wait one or two decages not several. Big smile

i worked it out with my wife

i worked it out with my wife that every year for our anniversary in february, she just puts in for my preference points for sheep and goats! lol!

i'm actually not joking. but that's kind of sad. i spend nearly $1000 just in licenses every year. i don't know why she continues putting up with me.

i figure, by the time our newborn son graduates highschool, i'll have enough preference points to go.
