Units to hunt antelope, deer, elk - resident w/ 0 points

I am now a CO resident for over a year. I have no preference points. I may have access to private land for pronghorn, but I am not sure.

I am hoping for input what units to put in for elk, deer and pronghorn. I am hoping to find areas with decent success rate and where I will be pretty likely to be drawn.

Any advice is appreciated.

Just put in for preference

Just put in for preference points for antelope and elk and then hunt over the counter for elk until you find just where you really want to put in for the draw.  Deer are all over the state.  Some units you will need a couple points and others you will need to wait 10+ years but there are a lot of them that you can draw every year with 0 points.  Or take up archery where you can draw 95% of the units with 0 points.

Bgap

Check on some Bgap access for Antelope out East. There is even a few for Deer. Don't ask me to explain it. You can look up the program . It will get you going. For Elk, put in for a point and do an OTC unit. You can pick up a late Cow as well if you do your research. Good luck

Check out the info provided

Check out the info provided by the CPW.  Below are a few links with places to click for more info.  This will tell you things like points required, draw odds, successs %, etc.  This info has been very helpful for helping me decide where to go.  Takes a little while to get the hang of deciphering it all, but its not too bad.
