Unit 66 or unit 67 muzzleloader

My dad and I have 11 points accumulated in Colorado. We're now doing some research on what unit would be the best unit to hunt. We're starting to like the muzzle loader season in unit 66 but we also like unit 67 for muzzle loader!!! We would be a non-res. from WI. We're not ruling out unit 76 for 1st or 2nd riffle. If anyone had some info that would help us make a decision, we would appreciate it!!
