  Okay I think this

Okay I think this definitely answers my question as to how your brother did in unit 61.  That is one GREAT bull!!!  Hats off to you and your brother on a very fine hunt and harvest!

nice bull

Sweet bull, and sounds like a sweet hunt also.I have been trying to talk my dad into putting in for muzzy in 61 so hopefully some more good bulls will convince him.A friend of a friend shot a 374 bull last week of archery that should help.he has 16 or 17 points and who knows how long it will take to draw unit 2.it seems like it slips a little further away each year.

now I'm really pumped

I've got a 61 bull tag for 3rd season. Heading up thursday to scout for 2 days before opening morning. To start with I'll be mostly in the northern part, around uranium road.  Any suggestions?

Uranium Road !!

gjbugtosser,

That area has been pounded since archery season just becuase of all the easy access. You are going to want to be hunting low for this 3rd season hunt if you are looking for a good bull. One more thing it is going to be tough.

You may get lucky and still catch them bugling, to locate them, at first light and right before dark. Good luck on your hunt ! Send me a PM if you would like more specifics.
