Holy crap! How did I miss this post! I am a very avid MMA practioner and follow the UFC religously among other MMA events (Pride, King of the Cage etc. etc.) I been training in Martial Arts for about 12 years now...spent 10 years training in Tae Kwon Do and been training in MMA for a couple years now. I trained with UFC legend Royce Gracie last year and that was pretty educational! I attached a pic of Royce and I.
StruttinAnRuttin, That kind of training should keep a man in fantastic shape. Great photo, Yes Gracie was king for a long time.
Definitely! Very intense training! You gotta like playing rough to enjoy this sport. I'm currently cutting weight and looking to get on a consistent training schedule so I can start competing in the near future.
Definitely a great line up, Randy Couture came out of retirement to fight Tim Sylvia for the heavyweight championship, Rich Franklin is fighting Jason Mcdonald and Matt Hughes is fighting Chris Lyttle. Columbus is only three hours from my hometown (Pittsburgh). So its not a bad drive at all.

There it sits. Alone and forgotten in a desk drawer or maybe in the bottom of your hunting pack. The lowly compass. Primarily initially replaced by the hand held GPS and now even by the new “smart” cell phones that include GPS, electronic compass – even real time imaging on aerial maps! Once the friend of every hunter and now the companion of few. It is not glamorous or glitzy, that is for sure… no bells and no whistles. Aaaaah, but let’s not rush to forget our...
