Free mixed martial arts (MMA) fights tonight on Spike TV. It's a pretty decent fight card and it starts at 7:00 p.m. Then, it's followed by the first episode of the new season of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF.)

I, for one, am really looking forward to it.
